"We're free to play"
The stoner rock band first got together in 2014. The one who wanted to form this band was sixteen year old Stefy Popa. "I've always wanted to play rock'n'roll. Since I was a kid. My mother always associeted me with Clapton's Layla", the lead singer and guitar player says.
Stefi Popa
Stefy (Stefana Andreea Popa) is an eighteen year old guitar player. In 2014 she decided to put a band together. "It's reaaly hard for a youg girl to find some serious musicians to play with.", the artist affirms. "Luckily I found some awesome bandmates. I really enjoy working with them, especially recording and playing live". It's also pretty hard to be a woman in this music industry, much harder that being a man, but our blonde guitar players seems to face all the problems pretty well.
Nicu Baciu
Nicu is an eighteen year old bass player. He played music since he was a little kid, begining at six with the piano. He was the third one to join the band. His talent showed up when the Wildchild first began to write songs. The band's hit single "The Riser" is written by him. he also manages the recording and producing sessions of the band.
Emil Dorian
Dorian was the second memeber to join Wildchild. He's a seventeen year old guitar player. He wrote the bands single "Bad Trip". Dorian is a huge Slash fan and that's quite hearable in most of his songs.
Dragos Andrei
Dragos was the last one to join Wildchild. He's a great drummer and he's also responsible for the logistics. After he joined the band, they began working on their new album, Gates Of Expression, wich was released in July 2017.
